Children progress better if parents do not distract them. It’s dangerous to communicate with your child whilst training (Doors will be closed as kids may be distracted and this is dangerous).
-
We do not feel it is appropriate for children under the age of Four to be left unattended at any time, for this reason, please do not leave premises during the session time
-
Uniforms- All members must purchase club uniform once they have completed their first months of lessons.
-
Hair –Must be tied up and tidy using soft hair bands, to prevent injury
-
No Jewellery is to be worn including sleeper earrings (if you unable to remove earrings, they must be covered with a plaster), this is a condition laid down by British Gymnastics
-
Discipline- the Warm Up is essential to prevent injury, please ensure your child arrives promptly, a late arrival is also an unfair distraction to the class and may delay your child joining the session. (over 15min late will not be allowed to join a class)
-
The door must be shut all the time, as it's distracting children.
-
NB. It should be noted that we operate a zero-tolerance policy towards members who are consistently or excessively rude or abusive towards any member of Staff at the Club.
Membership will be terminated without hesitation for such behavior.
This also applies to members who, by their actions or behavior, bring the good name of the Club into disrepute – even whilst outside the Club premises.
We are here to provide the best possible level of coaching in a professionally run, friendly, fair and respectful environment. All we ask is that our members treat us and the good name of the Club in the same way.
Our primary aim during the session time is to concentrate on your child if you have any general queries please contact me outside the session time.
Flip and twist Gymnastics Academy CIC would appreciate any feedback or suggestions that you may have to enhance our service.
